Browsing Ebay is one of my favourite past times, in fact I think I spend longer on Ebay some nights than I do any social media platform. Call me crazy if you wish but sometimes scrolling for hours really does have its benefits. I stumbled upon this beauty of a bargain, a Real Techniques Bold Metals Set for the bargain price of £4.99! Ebay Finds|| Michael Kors Rose Gold Watch Dupe
Saturday, March 1
One Saturday afternoon I decided to have a little browse on the Michael Kors website to see if there was anything that tickled my fancy. Wrong Choice. I basically fell in love with everything; the handbags, purses, watches and even the shoes! Everything just looked so pretty and I wanted it all!! But, then I snapped back in to real life and asked my self if I would actually ever pay nearly £300 for a watch , as it was the thing that my heart had fallen for. So, in the true spirit of finding cheaper alternatives, I found myself on eBay looking for some dupes. Shopping on eBay is a great way to save money on both designer goods and dupes and in fact, you can often find an eBay coupon to knock even more money off your haul - if you would like to learn how to use eBay coupons to save money you can discover more here by taking a look at some of the helpful resources on the Raise website.

I came across this seller who sells MK look a like watches and literally nearly weed myself when I saw that I was only going to be paying £11 for a watch that basically looks the same! I was a tiny little bit scared at first of ordering as I didn't want to be mugged off, but to my surprise the watch arrived 2 days after ordering that Saturday (so it came on Tuesday!) in a little bag to keep it safe. It isn't as heavy as I expected, but is a little heavy if that makes sense, and I went to the watch shop nearby to get some links taken out and hey presto I had my very own rose gold watch. Since, buying it ..I cannot stop wearing it and have been staring at it constantly because it is just so beautiful. I may just order another one later in the year but a different style. The one I got is the 'Diamond Rose Gold' so it comes with the face all covered in 'diamonds' but there are other alternatives.
I am so excited to start wearing a watch everyday and I find that anything rose gold looks great with everything you wear and the colour is becoming my fav!
After purchasing I found that Lydia//Life is Lovely Jubbly has also bought this watch and you can read her thoughts here. If you are sometimes scared of the price tag that comes with designer gear then do not be afraid to visit good old ebay..there are many more 'dupes' that you can find on Ebay in this post I did a while back.
Hope you enjoyed and lets all pray that I win the lottery so I can actually buy the real one! Haha

MAC EBAY Brushes Dupe||Review
Tuesday, March 25
So, a while ago now I ordered a few brushes from Ebay that looked just like the RT brushes and you can find the full post here > http://classandglitter.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/real-techniques-dupes.html where I go through in depth about them and where to buy. Then the other week when browsing ebay again for no reason I came across some other makeup brushes that looked just like MAC brushes! I can't really compare them to the real ones as I don't own any, but when I do I will compare them properly but for now I am using pictures and what I have heard from other people.
The picture above are the ones I got from EBAY and just looking at them, you can see that they look very similar to the MAC ones the only difference is that they don't say MAC on them, but they do have the number of the brush that you order at the bottom. These brushes are unbelievably soft and are amazing to use on the eye.
The handle for the brushes are very thick in my opinion, even though they are easier to use to handle they can take some getting used to. I love using the '239' one to pack the colour on and then 217 one to blend everything together and to remove harsh lines. I am honestly surprised at how amazing these brushes are and how they work. I will be always using these with my eye makeup as they are just great and I will be ordering more in the future because they are great for only 99p yes only 99p.
These brushes came quicker than I expected as when I ordered them from china I thought they would take a while, but in fact they came within just short of 2 weeks, Also from the same seller I have ordered other brushes so will have them up in a few weeks.
Here are all the important links for you!

Ebay Find - Cartier Love Bracelet
Thursday, November 19
Don't you just love when you find something on Ebay that is an absolute bargain buy? This time I was on the hunt for a dupe of the Cartier Love Bracelet as I have seen many people wear the real ones, and saw a real one myself when I went to Munich, I just knew that I had to have one. I could not ever justify spending £4600 on one but can justify £3!
As always with dupes like these, I can't compare them with the actual thing because I don't own one. But I can compare with images and to me it is pretty much the same. The quality of this bracelet is very good and surprising to me seen as though it was very cheap, it took a while to get here as it was from overseas but I haven't stopped wearing it since.
I saw this very late at night on Ebay and am so glad that I pressed the Buy Now button because it is a steal and well worth the wait!

Blogmas Day 10 || Ebay Finds ♥
Tuesday, December 10
I am one that drifts on to Ebay whenever I have a few minutes spare. Minutes sometimes turn into a hour or two spent browsing through pages of goodies. I thought that I would gather all them finds and put them in to a post for you all. There are so many bargain buys out there in the world, you just have to look for them. Just a note, everything I have bought from Ebay so far has been really good quality, some of these things may not look like they are on screen. There will be full reviews on some of these soon as I get around to order them.

Another thing that you see a lot of people with these days are the acrylic storage units that store can help with the organisation of your make up and nail polishes. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes, to suit everyone. In America I am aware that a shop called 'The Container Store' stocks a lot of storage things, but this is for you worldwide people.

Ebay Finds| American Limited Edition Chapsticks
Sunday, November 16
Ooh, here's a cheeky bonus post for you all! I have been addicted to browsing Ebay recently and am a sucker for reading posts/wishlists about what bargains people have found on the site because it is truly amazing, and one day I was browsing and came across the beauties you can see in the photo above - Limited Edition Chapsticks!! Now, if you're in America then these are apparently readily available to you but in the UK we aren't as fortunate and don't get these that easily so when I saw them on Ebay I was sold immediately and added them in my basket.
CAKE BATTER - Put the best first! This is my new FAVOURITE lip balm ever. ever. ever. This smells divine and just like pure vanilla, I love the taste of actual cake batter and having it a lip balm form has made all my wishes as a child become true.
PUMPKIN PIE - This year's limited edition chapstick, and at first I was a little hesitant because pumpkin can be a bit strong and other pumpkin smelling products end up being cinnamon like but let me tell you this is not the case for this one! It is more a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg which are scents that are very strong, but I have grown an instant liking to and it tastes just as nice as it smells. Medium Smell if strength is considered.
CANDY CANE - As soon as you put this on, you get a tingling effect on you're lips and some people hate this but for me I love it more than anything else. Just like candy cane is in real life, its got a minty smell and taste (should i really have tasted any of these?!). Another one that wasn't a disaster!
Buy All Three of these Scents/Flavours on Ebay or with the link below if it doesn't work! Let me know if you buy any because trust me if you spell them you will not be disappointed. I now have my eye on a Red Velvet one and

EBAY FINDS| £2 NARS Kabuki Ita Brush Dupe
Tuesday, May 12
Yes, you did read the title of this blog post right, I have found a NARS brush dupe for just £2. When browsing Ebay a few weeks ago I came across the RT Dupes I bought a while back (full post here) and when scrolling down even further along came the image of a flat contour brush, that looked really similar to the NARS one!
The images on the Ebay listing showed it with the NARS logo but I never believe anything I see on the internet until it comes in front of me. Until the other day it came in the post and oh my oh my, i screamed with a great deal of excitement because it came with the logo on and looks identical to the real brush. I don't own one as it costs a bomb of £43 at John Lewis but looking at pictures it is pretty similar.
I am beyond happy with the quality and it works a dream! For the price you honestly can't go wrong, and I am debating about whether or not to buy another one in case the seller stops selling it. It came two weeks after ordering if you were wondering, which isn't bad considering it comes from outside of the UK.

Ebay Wishlist #1
Saturday, May 30
I browse Ebay far too much during the week, here is a list of all the things I am currently swooning over! If you see anything you fancy just click the small items below! Both the bags come in a variety of different colours, I seem to be more attracted to the navy blue colour and may just end up ordering it! Benefit is such an amazing brand but so expensive if you don't end up liking the products, buying little samples make it easier for you to see what you like and what you don't! I have a lot of makeup bags already, but this one has two cure little sections in and the polka dots are adorable, same with the makeup brushes I have way too many but I am wanting a brand new packet to take on holiday with me (more next week!!) And then the slogan on this sweater is my favourite thing ever.
Real Techniques vs Ebay Brushes
Tuesday, May 27
Well, nearly a year ago I bought some Real Techniques ( RT) from Ebay, you can find the whole review of those brushes here - several types on this blog I have used these brushes and talked about because I just love them. Recently, I got the actually RT core collection which comes with the brushes in. So, I thought I would compare both the fake and the real versions of the buffing brushes, of course their are differences because no one is legally allowed to copy something exactly. But I always get asked whether it's worth it to splurge or save!
![]() |
Left Dupe| Right Real |
Design - This was the first thing that shouted out to me, at first view you can see the size is the biggest difference. Not only the Dupe being much longer in length but it is also much wider, in some ways I actually prefer the thicker handle as I find it much easier to handle and control. The other thing with the design is the colour of the brush, the dupe is more copper and the real is much more golden which I like a lot better. Then we have the bottom of the brush, no idea how I didn't realise this at first because of my silly eye sight..but in fact the dupe has a metal bottom and the real has a rubber bottom which is much more comfy to use.
Brush - Then there's a difference in the brush. Both are really soft and apply your makeup perfectly. You can see the dupe on the left below is much smaller than the real on the right, I don't see this as the biggest problem because any size is perfect because you make it work for you. The brushes are also different colour, the real one is black and then white and the dupe being brown and then a off white.
Application - This really has been mentioned all the way through this post but there isn't much to say to about the application. I have found that both brushes work really well for me and both are just as good as each other.
Overall| I honestly can't choose between the two, I think the Real Techniques will be your best purchase because they last for ages and are the original ones. But the dupes are just as long lasting and mine have lasted me nearly a year and still going strong. Price wise buy the Ebay ones because they are much cheaper, quality wise I would go for the RT ones because they are fit for purpose.
Hope you enjoyed!

OOTD; More Issues Than Vogue Jumper
Saturday, March 22
Ahhh, I have never been this excited to get a post up! A few weeks ago I was browsing Pinterest (follow me!) and I came across this pin from Ebay. It was of a jumper that had written across it 'More Issues Than Vogue' at first I have just laughing at the quote and then I realised it was a jumper! I was like 'I need this in my life'! Next thing you know I'm writing a post all about it! The jumper came straight away after ordering it, and came in at just under a £10 - bargain.
The jumper itself is amazing quality, with the fleecy material inside..it is perfect for a cold day. It looks great for a casual look and you could even dress it up more for everyday! This is a very simple OOTD as I was just running a few errands nothing much today, but here it is any how!

DYEFOR PERSONALISED MARBLE PHONE CASE
Thursday, April 14
I love buying new phone cases every so often, it makes my phone less boring and hides the ugly back cover too! I am however, very picky. I don't like spending too much money but also don't like anything that looks too cheap. Recently, my marble obsession lead me to discover this gorgeous phone case on Ebay and I just couldn't resist!

Loreal Infallible Foundation Review - US vs UK
Tuesday, January 24
The L'oreal Infallible Foundation used to be a firm favourite of fine, it was all I ever used. But as time went on, the formula becoming too drying on my skin and their darkest shade (30 Honey, might I add) became far too light for me. A few bloggers have been raving about the how the US formula is much better than the UK one and I just had to try it out. Unfortunately, flying over seas just to buy the foundation seemed a tiny bit too expensive, but good old eBay came through.
There is a UK Seller which you can find under the username suntastic0_1, that supplies you with a variety of American makeup goodies. They are based in the UK and delivery was fast and with me within 3 working days. They sell a whole range of makeup items from the drugstore and you could spend hours browsing and choosing what to buy.
I'm just going to put it out there, this foundation is incredible. Along with a few others I've been using lately this has restored my faith in L'Oreal foundations! I ended up going with the shade #107 Fresh Beige, after browsing swatches for days and watching videos of people similar shades to me in other foundations. It's just about perfect, its very yellow toned which is a good thing on Asian skin however I think the darker shade may have suited me a little bit better but it doesn't look awful.
The packaging for the foundations, are very similar. Both in a tube, without a pump annoyingly however I have found that the US version is a lot larger in size compared to the one we get here in the UK. Its a slimmer tube and a bit more difficult to handle.
This for me is very much high coverage, you need a small squirt on each part of your face to cover everything and anything. My scars, spots and uneven skin tone all get covered with this miracle worker and it blends like a dream. I have used both a buffing brush and beauty blender to see the difference in results, both work amazingly well! I prefer the blender as it looks a little more seamless and is easy to blend away but a brush is just as good. I find it covers perfectly and lasts me for an entire day, after applying at 7am for work and coming home at 7 its still in tact. No need to powder to remove shine or blot to control cakiness.
The EBay seller has it retailing at £12.95 which is £5 more than what the UK version is sold for however I would repurchase this over the UK one any day. If you have always wanted to try the US verison/this foundation in general then I urge you to buy now!
Top 14 of 2014 ... Beauty
Saturday, January 10
Aloha! This is going to sound really cliché but i really cannot believe that 2014 has come and gone so quickly it feels like yesterday I was writing my 2013 Favourites. Since last January so much has changed in my life, and all for the good too - I also have changed my beauty ways and become a lot more aware of the things I use, what I like and what suits me personally no matter the hype around it. I decided to narrow it down to my Top 14 products to go with the year that has just finished.

International Swap with Mollie!
Saturday, May 9
AHHHHHH! I am screaming with so much excitement right now and I have the biggest smile on my face, a while back now I found the lovely Mollie on instagram and she loved the look of something (i can't remember exactly) and from then on we started emailing back and forth and soon it came to April and we posted out our parcels!! We told each other any items that we were desperate to get our hands on, and also send some sweets because American Sweets are hard to get in the UK and vice versa.
I am currently eating all these things at once because they are just too good, of all of them the Starburst jellybeans are my favourite - and the Reese's Egg is divine!!! I need to control how quickly I eat of all of this because you know summer body and all that...
The next thing I saw straight away was the Wet and Wild Eye-shadow this is a brand that I have always wanted to try out and more than anything the palettes because of the way it tells you where everything goes. This is in 'Walking on Eggshells' a colour that I have seen a lot of people talk and rave about before so I can't wait to get stuck in . Then something from ELF, I know this is a brand that you can get in the UK but everything i always want is always sold out which puts me off the brand, she was very kind enough to send the contouring blush and bronzer - one of the things on my list so thank you very much Mollie!!
I mean I really don't need any more lipsticks but if they are different to anything I own then why not have them! Almay is a brand I have never heard or used so I am super excited to use this liquid lipstick type thing and then a lipstick from Wet and Wild another item that is very hyped up in the beauty world - super excited!!
Now, she really has spoiled me! I have been wanting to try things from the brand Milani in forever and every time I see it on Ebay I am very very tempted but the shipping is more expensive than the product its self. Mollie very kindly sent me three products from the range, two eye shadows which I used yesterday and will feature them soon because they are awesome and a baked blush which is just INSANE. The pigmentation and the colour pay off is just amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH MOLLIE!
All in all, she has truly truly spoilt me rotten and I can't thank her enough! This was my first time doing a swap and it was hard because the post caused me a lot of trouble but in the end it went well. You should also check out Mollie on all her social networks and her YouTube Channel which is beyond amazing ... and her accent is so cute I am very jealous. She filmed the parcel I got her on her channel which you can find a link to HERE
