Not So Secret Santa Round 2.0 With Nishi

Through blogging I have met some amazing people, other bloggers that I consider close friends, regardless of me not meeting them in real life - it feels like I've known them years! Nishi from NishiV is one of those people. We've never actually met face to face (although I am determined for this to happen in 2018) but it feels like we have and have known each other for a long time. This year, we bought back our 'Not So Secret Santa', where we set a budget and do a swap of presents. Buying for Nishi is SO MUCH FUN. I just know that anything I like/may suit my skin tone ect will be perfect for her, sometimes making me wanting to buy two of the same things... When her parcel arrived for me, I was super excited to get it all opened and see what's inside. Let's just say she has completely spoilt me and I am in love with everything!!! 

When Two Bloggers Do A Not So Secret Santa

Where do I even start? Firstly, Merry Christmas Everyone! Can we believe that the big day is just around the corner, if you're relaxed then I'm jealous - if you're stressed then I feel you. 

This time of year is such a busy one, its my brothers birthday today. He's a Christmas baby so life gets really hectic, then I have a list of people i need to meet up with before going back to university and still have food to cook tomorrow and presents to wrap. Someone pass me the non-alcoholic wine! But forgetting about all of that, this time of year really is lovely. Giving gifts is my favourite part, to see the reaction on peoples faces when they get given something they have always wanted. Wrapping is also my favourite past time, picking the paper, the ribbon and the bags!! Its all so special and festive. 

A few weeks back, I sent the lovely Nishi from NishiV a message asking if she'd like to do a secret Santa with me. But its not really a secret Santa because we knew who we were getting gifts from, however it was a surprise in terms of what we were going to get from one another. Then a few weeks passed and the parcels arrived - eeeep! I'd never been so excited in my life. Even though neither of us have never met (which has to happen in 2017) we are so similar and stalk one another like crazy. She's definitely a friend that I have made through blogging and its amazing that the Internet does these crazy things. She has absolutely spoilt me and I feel very, very lucky!

Blogmas Day 13 || Blogger Secret Santa Swap ♥

Hello! I recently took part in the #bloggersecretsanta hosted by Hayley over at Tea Party Beauty! And when everything was sorted I got matched up with Melissa from Shadow and Polish , I got the chance to pick out a few goodies for her and sent it out as a Christmas present! All this was organised by the amazing TeaPartyBeauty and all the matches got revealed and mine was Alex - thank you so much! Be sure to give both of these girls a nosy!

The box got me all excited for Christmas I couldn't wait to see what was inside! The piece of paper in the corner is a little note that she wrote for me!

A few yummy chocolates that have now been eaten and in my stomach, two perfume samples that will be going in my clutch when I got out. A cosmetic mirror which is something I was going to buy at the weekend but didn't and finally a pair of santa earrings which are adorable!

And now the beauty bits, the eye shadow trio on the side is such a pretty set and I can't wait to try it out! My first Revlon nail polish and I bloody love the colour - its bright and vibrant! An MUA lipstick in Shade 6 that I love and need a new one of, a never before tried heat spray that I can't wait to try out. And my favourite of the lot which is a loofah and the i love raspberry and blackberry soap that smells delicious!!
