I'm a huge fan of Korean skincare and beauty products, infact, I have a whole tag dedicated to them. They have some of the best products on the market and many brands now, take inspiration from them and their ingredients. When the team over at StyleVana got in touch to try some new bits, I couldn't resist. They stock a variety of brands and products, its more than possible to spend a fortune without knowing.
Snail slime (snail filtrate) is such an odd ingredient, but becoming more and more common in skincare and so it should be. This serum is packed with nutrients such as hyaluronic acid, l and copper peptides, which are used in beauty products and proven to be beneficial for the skin. These nutrients help to protect the skin from damage, infection, dryness and UV rays. Despite its gooey and slimy name, its nothing like that at all. This is actually a very 'liquidy' serum and my skin seems to be soaking it up and loving it. I've found this to really calm my redness and help with new scars too. Then, the addition of the Bee Venom, helps to soothe my breakouts and keep my skin hydrated and plump.
This must be one product that I always hear great things about and I am constantly seeing on Instagram when its texture Tuesday. This balm is the bomb. This is a multi cleansing balm which contains natural aroma oil for easier, faster and perfect cleansing on makeup without irritation. A small scoop is enough to remove all my makeup, on contact with the skin it turns from a balm into a oily texture. Then when mixed with water, it goes into a more milky texture and boy it is wonderful. It cleanses and cleans my skin without stripping any goodness or leaving a residue. It doesn't break me out or irritate my skin, which is always a concern with my super-sensitive, breakout prone skin. I JUST ADORE IT. I can also see this tub lasting me for a long time, as its very deep and you need the tiniest little bit.
