One of my resolutions for this year is to use my makeup to the fullest, whatever the price tag. In a bid to remember to use it and keep track of the resolution, I've decided to do 'Makeup of the Moment' posts, hopefully it will showcase different products that I own and a different look (kind of).
Face - EX1 Foundation, MAC Bronzer, MR Highlighter in Golden Lights & L'Oréal Fixing Mist
This base is what I have been reaching for more than anything, a new foundation love of mine that is perfect for darker skin. It doesn't live up to True Match but is great on those good skin days (which I seem to be having more of). The MAC Bronzer was one of the first things I owned from the brand and have recently fallen back in love with because of its slight shimmer, it adds a nice glow to my cheeks and the MR Highlighter compliments is perfectly. I've spoken a great deal about this fixing mist because its amazing and if you haven't yet tried it you need to - well worth the money.

Eyes - Gwen Stefani Palette , Benefit Roller Lash
Of course my current go to eye look would include this incredible palette, everything about it is unreal. The colours I keep reaching are located on the end of the top row and start of the middle row. It creates a gorgeous everyday look and with Roller Lash on top gives me a eye lift.

Lips - NARS Anita & Bare Minerals Spark Plug
My NY Resolution was to use up the more expensive makeup I own and lip products are one of them. Anita and Spark Plug paired together is a match made in heaven, it looks natural and is my perfect nude pairing.

As a overall face look I think this creates a very wearable everyday look, its everything that I am loving a the moment.
