I am not lying when I tell you that having more sleep is my preferred option then having more time, to put my face together. Why? Because I need sleep and need to stay awake through the whole day! I spent ages planning out this blog post and the title, because at first it was going to be the Morning Face, but to be honest its more what the title says now #slapandrunface. These are the products that I reach for instantly so that I still look half decent.
THE FACE
L'Oreal True Match // Liquid foundation and my fingers are the best thing in the morning, it applies quickly and blends to look natural. And it is medium coverage so I don't worry about wanting to cover everything with two layers, one is more than enough
Maybelline Eraser Eye // The best thing to do in a rush is use products with two uses, like the concealer from Maybelline. It is designed for your eyes and to cover bags, but if you use it for your spots as well then there is nothing wrong with that!
Rimmel Powder// Keep all your makeup at bay by setting it with some powder is one step I cannot skip, I would rather all my base look half decent than anything else. This powder is also great to keep with you during the day and you can then top it up and make you look less oily.
Max Factor Blush// Baked blushes like these are the best because they act like a highlighter and blush, so there is really no need for a bronzer as you are getting a lot of colour in one sweep. This one in 'WILD BERRY' is gorgeous and looks perfect to make you look more awake.
Yves Rocher Sexy Plump Mascara// I don't like faffing with my eye makeup, so keep it simple and quick by adding a few coats of mascara this will add some volume and thickness to your eyes and make them look bigger and bolder - making you look much more awake and alert even if you are snoring inside.
Revlon Lip Butter 'Pink Truffle'// This is my favourite shade from the whole collection, it is that perfect everyday nude and looks perfect on your lips - like your lips but better. I also think that the buttery, soft formula makes it easier to apply in a hurry, or even on the go!
